My name is Jihan. I am a HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator and HypnoMothering Postpartum Practitioner living in the Greater Houston Area. The purpose behind Sakinah Birth is simple: pregnancy, childbirth and the transition to new motherhood should be beautiful, gentle, filled with love, confidence and support.

The word “Sakinah” in the Arabic Language translates to “calm” and “tranquil” – words which perfectly align with the philosophies of HypnoBirthing and HypnoMothering. My passion is to teach, guide and help empower as many expecting families as God intended me to through education and support.
