Z ZONE FITNESS STUDIO offers group classes to make a memory from every class. It goes beyond working out, our instructors are motivators, they encourage, they inspire, they are the spark that fires everyone in the room to burn calories and have fun. 

We are home to participants with any background: students, athletes, small and big business owners, stay-at-home moms, school teachers, grandparents and everyone in between, willing to practice at a specific pace a functional exercise such as Zumba, Tabata Training, Pole Classes, and TRX, to enhance their quality of life in a healthy and happy environment. 

Our mission is to promote healthy living habits in our Customers by helping them set fitness goals, and drive them to accomplish them by offering and designing effective and fit for purpose programs; lastly celebrate our Customers' success in meeting their fitness goals, creating satisfaction and inspiration to them and to our skilled instructors.
