Studio Fitness

Studio Fitness is 20,000-square-feet of pure workout space which has been designed to inspire both our personal trainers and you. We provide much of the equipment you expect to find in a gym - and some you might not - meaning your workouts never get stale.

We rock an old school New York boxing gym vibe and because we are a ‘studio’ we never get over-crowded and equipment is readily available. Our Group Exercise Studio offers all the best classes with plenty of room to move around and yet still receive personal attention. That means you can stay motivated and focused during each visit while working with an experienced instructor that is eager to help you meet your fitness goals.
