Build on the Beginner 1 Level by learning deeper variations of poses and new challenging poses. Also learn to connect the poses for a beginner vinyasa practice.

This class is a playful and challenging experience where we play with taking your yoga practice to the next level. This class is for all level of practitioners AND you will be inspired to experiment with brand new poses and variations of the poses you already know. Come as you are and do what you can. We will play music and have fun. Temperature: 85-95F
