Shambhala Meditation Center of Denver

The Shambhala Meditation Center of Denver is part of Shambhala International, a community of 165 meditation centers throughout the world founded by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, and now led by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. We offer free meditation instruction, along with a wide variety of classes and programs in meditation, Buddhist teachings and other disciplines. People of all ages, backgrounds, or levels of experience with meditation will find a welcoming community at our meditation center.
