Teaches at Mindful-U

My goal is to help people understand their own energetic and spiritual nature through my professional practice, volunteer outreach and teaching classes.

I have been teaching Reiki for several years now, including at the College of Lake County and starting in October: Harper College. I've organized a group of practitioners to volunteer inside the Jesse Brown VA Hospital to offer the benefits of Reiki to veterans suffering from chronic pain, PTSD, and other post-combat issues. We've also had a group offer Reiki at a national conference hosted by Northwestern Medical School.
