As a former Police Lieutenant, I have had numerous conversations with citizens who have voiced their concerns of the escalating viciousness of criminal acts against innocent citizens. Many of us understand the importance of looking out for our neighbors. We also understand the importance of reporting suspicious activity wherever it may occur. The truth of the matter is people seldom get involved. Rarely will strangers risk their lives to save yours. In time of need, seldom is there a police officer there when you need him/her. 

For the above reasons, I created S.A.Y.F. Consulting.  SAYF Consulting will provide you self defense training that will build confidence so that you may effectively use pepper spray when confronted with danger. When used properly, pepper spray can make a difference between life and death. With proper training, you can effectively use pepper spray to repel an attack, so you may escape to safety. 

Our goal at SAYF Consulting is to provide you with a plan of action to protect you and your loved ones. Obviously, it would be better to avoid a dangerous situation, but it does not always work that way.  If you are attacked, you may have no other options but to defend yourself. 

When faced with danger, being mentally prepared is an important component to survival. Carrying pepper spray is only part of the answer, knowing how to effectively use pepper spray is the other part. Having a self-defense plan requires having pepper spray, and knowing how and when to use it.
