Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the tour will be subject to a 25 percent processing fee, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will be subject to a 50 percent processing fee.
No refunds will be issued to riders who choose not to complete a tour or who show up late or not at all.

- If Fork and the Road must cancel a tour due to inclement weather before a tour begins.
