What you'll learn in this italian cooking class:

A Timpano Feast!

We will teach you how to make a Timpano, the Italian masterpiece that is the center of the feast in the movie Big Night. A dish layered with meatballs, sausage, salumi, pasta, eggs, cheese and ragu all wrapped in a delicate pastry. A true celebration of flavors and textures! You can then take this work of art home, cook it and serve it with the other dishes from our class to make a 3 course dinner party in your home that night for up to 8 people! (Up to 2 people can attend for the same price. You will just be making the same amount of food)

Prerequisite: You must watch the movie “Big Night” - kidding. You must bring a Dutch oven (5-6 quarts) to take your Timpano home in.

There must be a minimum of 4 students for us to hold this class. We will contact you 5 days out if we do not have enough people.
